Israeli Violations in the West Bank

JERUSALEM:



Israeli forces raided Beit Hanina town, and raided a mosque and searched it.

Dozens of soldiers invaded Silwan town, broke into several homes, and kidnapped Iyyad Ahmad Roweidi.

Military measures were beefed up at the Jaba’ military barrier, causing traffic delays and humiliation for drivers.

Dozens of soldiers moved into the old city. They patrolled in the streets for some time and withdrew later, after arresting the two children, Ahmad Al-Jolani, 16 years and Mohammad Al-Bayoumi, 16 years, taking them to unknown destination.

JENIN:

Dozens of soldiers raided Fondoq Wamiya village and handed intelligence warrant to one resident to meet the Israeli intelligence for questioning.

Israeli soldiers surrounded Brokin village from all sides and raided homes. Military jeeps were seen driving, and soldiers erected barriers in the village, arresting 3, taking them to unknown destination. Those arrested were identified as Mohd As-Sa’di, 24 years, Samid Abu Al-Heija, 25 years and Rajeh Saeed Qiblawi. Clashes took place between the Israeli soldiers and residents, and soldiers fired tear gas and metal bullets at the youths, wounding Rajeh Ali Qiblawi, 30 years.

Dozens of soldiers moved into Jenin City. They patrolled in the streets for some time and withdrew later. Neither house raids nor arrests were reported.



RAMALLAH:



Israeli soldiers invaded Ein Munjid Area in Ramallah, and conducted searches into houses, arresting the youth Ashraf Rohi Al-Khalili, 16 years, taking him to unknown destination.



QALQILIA:

Israeli forces raided Jayyous villages and clashed with youths; No injuries were reported.



NABLUS:

Israeli forces handed four Palestinian residents of Beit Dajan village east of Nablus, demolition orders for their homes.

Hundreds of settlers accompanied by Israeli troops visited Joseph's tomb in Nablus, leading to clashes with local. Israel forces escorted over 10 buses of Israeli worshipers through eastern Nablus, near Balata refugee camp, leading to clashes near the camp as Israeli troops fired tear gas at Palestinian youth.

Many suffered with tear gas inhalation during confrontations that erupted with Israeli soldiers following nonviolent demonstrations, near Nablus city; soldiers also arrested 4 youths, taking them to unknown destination.

Armed settlers of the Esh Kodesh settlement outpost entered Qusra village firing heavily. They torched six cars, belonging to Raed Musbah, Abed Taher, Yousef Odeh, Yasser Abu Rida, and Nashat Fawzi.



BETHLEHEM:

Israeli forces handed intelligence warrant to Muhannad Ali Al-O’rouj, 23 years of Abu Njem village , to meet the Israeli intelligence for questioning

Israeli forces at the Container Barrier arrested Ali Abdollah Hamamreh, 25 years, taking him to unknown destination.

HEBRON:

Israeli soldiers raided Beit Ummar and arrested Fadi Sabarneh, 22 years, and seized 2 computer systems from his home.

Forces fired tear gas and stun grenades toward a bus carrying passengers, passing near Beit Ummar town; many suffered from tear gas inhalation.

Israeli soldiers attacked nonviolent protesters holding their weekly protest demanding the army to reopen the main road that links Al Khalil city with the nearby towns of As-Sammoa', Ath-Thaheriyya, Doura, and the Al-Fawwar refugee camp. The road has been blockaded by the army since 12 years. The army sprayed the protesters with waste-water, and fired dozens of gas bombs, concussion grenades and rubber-coated metal bullets in addition to attacking and beating several protesters and reporters.
