Israeli Violations in the West Bank
Jerusalem:
- Israeli soldiers invaded areas in Abu Dis and conducted searches into houses, arresting 3, taking them to unknown destination. Those arrested were identified as Ibrahim Younis A’faneh, 19 years, Mustafa Ramadan Abu Hilal, 19 years, and Ramadan Eid Abu Hilal.
- Dozens of soldiers moved into Silwan. They patrolled in the streets for some time and withdrew later, after arresting Tareq Faraj Shuqeir, 20 years.
- Dozens of soldiers invaded Beit Safafa town, broke into several homes, and kidnapped Abdol Kareem Lafi, after searching and ransacking his home contents.
- Settlers desecrated Muslim graves in a cemetery in West Jerusalem. They wrote slogans such as death to Arabs, Muhammad is dead, Kahana lives, and price tags as well as the Star of David were sprayed on the tombstones of nearly 30 graves.
Ramallah:
- Dozens of soldiers invaded Kharbatha Misbah village, broke into several homes, and kidnapped Jubeir Mohammad Harfoush, 19 years.
Jenin:
- Israeli forces at flying barrier installed near Arraba junction, arrested Fareed Mahajneh, 24 years, of Rummana village, and took him to unknown destination for questioning.
Nablus:
- Dozens of soldiers moved into Nablus city. They patrolled in the streets for some time and withdrew later, after arresting Mohd Al-Natoor, 20 years and Mohd Shibaro, 21 years, taking them to unknown destination.
- Israeli soldiers invaded areas in Rojeib village and conducted searches; Clashes took place between the Israeli soldiers and residents, and soldiers fired tear gas and metal bullets at the youths, and chased them.
Bethlehem:
- Dozens of soldiers raided Bethlehem city, and arrested the two brothers Ammar and Mohammad Jalal Khalil Shalash, 32 & 18, taking them to unknown destination.
- Dozens of soldiers moved into Ayeda Camp. They patrolled in the streets for some time and withdrew later, after arresting Ibrahim Khalid O’weis, 19 years, and took him to unknown destination for questioning.
Hebron:
- The citizen Saeed Mohd Abu Ayyash, 50 years from Beit Ummar sustained bruises as he was beaten by Israeli soldiers. Soldiers also arrested Raed Rasim Ikhlayyil, 25 years, taking him to unknown destination.
